At Beno, we are dedicated to delivering an unparalleled luxury yacht experience. Please review our terms and conditions carefully to ensure a seamless and enjoyable journey.

Booking and Payment for Yacht

  • Reservation Confirmation: A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your yacht booking. The remaining 50% must be settled no later than 24 hours prior to departure.
  • Rescheduling Requests: Changes to trip schedules are subject to yacht availability and must be requested at least 72 hours in advance.

Cancellation and Refund Policy for Yacht

  • Cancellation Notice:
    • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the trip are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
    • Cancellations within 24 hours of the trip are non-refundable.
  • Exceptional Circumstances:
    • In the event of unforeseen conditions such as adverse weather or restrictions imposed by the Coast Guard, trips may be rescheduled or canceled.
    • A full refund will be issued if the Coast Guard determines it is unsafe to proceed with the charter.

Important Notes for Yacht

  • Identification Requirements: For a smooth check-in process, we recommend all passengers carry a valid ID or passport.
  • Arrival Time: Guests are kindly requested to arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure to ensure timely boarding.
  • Sailing Routes: Suggested sights along the journey include iconic landmarks such as Dubai Marina, JBR, Atlantis Hotel, Burj Al Arab, and more. Our crew will ensure a memorable experience.

Guidelines for Yacht

  • Beno strives to accommodate your preferences and ensure your comfort. However, any changes to the sailing route or duration may be subject to operational feasibility.
  • We value your safety and comfort above all. Please adhere to the instructions provided by our crew during your time on board.

Requirements for Car

  • Driving License: A valid driving license is mandatory to rent any vehicle.
  • Vehicle Availability: In the rare event that your reserved vehicle is unavailable, Beno reserves the right to provide a comparable vehicle from the same category or group.

Age Restrictions for Car

  • Drivers must be between 21 and 70 years old to rent a vehicle.

Required Documents for Car

  • For UAE Residents:
    • UAE Driving License
    • Emirates ID
  • For Non-UAE Residents:
    • A valid International Driving Permit (IDP), GCC Driving License, or a valid license from the country of origin (as per the driving license exemption list).

  • Standard Rental Cancellation:
    • Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the booking will incur a 50% charge of the rental amount.
    • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking are non-refundable and will be charged 100% of the rental amount.
  • Chauffeur Service Cancellation:
    • Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the booking will incur a 50% charge of the total service amount.
    • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking are non-refundable and will be charged 100% of the total service amount.

Additional Guidelines for Car

  • Driving Eligibility: It is the renter’s responsibility to ensure compliance with local driving regulations.
  • Vehicle Return: All vehicles must be returned on time, with the same fuel level and condition as at the time of rental. Additional charges may apply for delays or damages.
  • Safety and Security: Beno prioritizes your safety and encourages all renters to drive responsibly and adhere to traffic laws.
